Craig S. Bender founded INSUREU2 from firsthand operational experience inside the industry — leading agencies, managing workflows, onboarding agents, and navigating the same execution challenges, compliance pressures, and visibility gaps that agency owners face every day.

That experience produced one clear conclusion: insurance organizations don't need more software. They need stronger operational infrastructure — better visibility, more connected systems, and intelligent support environments that help teams perform more consistently and scale without creating operational chaos.
