This Privacy Policy describes how IU2 Technology LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating as INSUREU2 Artificial Intelligence ("IU2 Tech," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the INSUREU2 AI platform and related services ("the Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

When you or your organization accesses the Service, we may collect:

• Name, email address, phone number, and company or agency name
• Account credentials and profile information
• Call transcripts, agent interaction data, and guidance logs generated through the platform
• Support requests, feedback, and communications submitted to IU2 Technology LLC

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

We may automatically collect the following when you interact with the Service:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Browser type and version, device type, and operating system
• Session data, usage logs, and feature interaction records
• Approximate geographic location derived from IP address
• Performance and error diagnostics

1.3 Operational and AI Processing Data

Because IU2 Technology LLC provides AI-powered real-time guidance and analytics, the Service processes operational data including:

• Live call metadata and agent interaction streams used to deliver in-call guidance
• Aggregated and anonymized analytics data used to generate manager and agency-level dashboards
• Model training and quality improvement data, subject to the data handling commitments described in this Policy

2. How We Use Information

IU2 Technology LLC uses collected information to:

• Deliver, operate, and improve the INSUREU2 AI platform and its features
• Provide real-time agent guidance and generate analytics dashboards for authorized users
• Authenticate users and manage account access
• Respond to support inquiries and provide customer service
• Monitor platform performance, security, and reliability

• Send service-related communications, updates, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications

IU2 Technology LLC does not sell personal information to third parties for any purpose.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Communications

3.1 Collection and Consent

IU2 Technology LLC may collect and store phone numbers of individuals who explicitly opt in to receive SMS communications. Message history and interaction data may be recorded for service delivery, auditing, and compliance. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or using the Service. No mobile opt-in data or SMS consent information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

3.2 Use of SMS Information

SMS-related information is used solely to send messages you have consented to receive, including:

• Customer care and support communications
• Account or platform notifications
• Marketing or informational messages related to the INSUREU2 AI Service

3.3 Opt-Out and Assistance

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

IU2 Technology LLC may share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With contractors or service providers performing functions on our behalf, under written confidentiality obligations restricting use to the purposes for which information was shared

IU2 Technology LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetize personal information.

• Improve performance and user experience

IU2 Technology LLC does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals, as no uniform standard has been adopted. If that standard changes, this Policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Data Retention

IU2 Technology LLC retains personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Operational and AI processing data is subject to the same retention principles and is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required, subject to reasonable backup, continuity, and archival requirements.

7. Security

IU2 Technology LLC implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or destruction. These include access controls, encrypted data transmission, and regular security assessments.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. IU2 Technology LLC cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. In the event of a data security incident affecting your personal information, IU2 Technology LLC will provide notification as required by applicable law.

8. U.S. State Privacy Rights

IU2 Technology LLC serves users across all fifty states. Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights:

• The right to know what personal information has been collected and how it is used and disclosed
• The right to request access to or a copy of your personal information
• The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information
• The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — IU2 Technology LLC does not sell or share personal information as defined under applicable state privacy laws
• The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information and the right to opt out of automated decision-making.

IU2 Technology LLC will respond to verified consumer rights requests within the timeframes required by applicable law — generally 45 days, with the possibility of a single 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. To exercise any of your state privacy rights, please submit a request to support@insureu2.ai. You may be required to verify your identity before your request is processed.

9. International Transfers

IU2 Technology LLC is based in the United States, and your information is collected, stored, and processed on servers located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service and providing information, you consent to this transfer and processing. Where required by applicable law, IU2 Technology LLC will implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

10. Children's Privacy

The INSUREU2 AI Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and IU2 Technology LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If IU2 Technology LLC becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, it will take prompt steps to delete that information. 11. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Service may reference or link to websites or services operated by third parties. IU2 Technology LLC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, data collection, or security of those sites. You are strongly encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites before providing personal information.

12. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to personal information that IU2 Technology LLC maintains, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulatory authorities as required by applicable federal and state law. Notification will be provided in the time and manner required by law.

IU2 Technology LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. For material changes, IU2 Technology LLC will provide reasonable advance notice by email or by prominent notice on the platform where practicable.
